Large Faux Leather Armchair

This faux leather armchair had us fooled for genuine leather! It's large & roomy, meant for one person, but has the width of a loveseat. Extremely comfortable, we're totally ok if this doesn't sell. Beautiful, dark caramel color. 

Tag underneath shows material is 70% Urethanefoam and 30% Polyester Fiber. "Polyurethane upholstery is the most realistic imitation of genuine leather, with respect to hand, surface feel, and overall appearance."

Condition: In good pre-loved condition with some wear & tear, but in general excellent shape. Areas of wear & tear shown in photos: especially on the back corners, some fading on the front arms, and light cracking on the seat.

Measurements: Apprx 54" W x 45" D x 35" H

*This armchair is larger than it appears! Will need van, truck, or large SUV to transport. Does not fit into a Honda CR-V (We tried).

Please keep in mind that all items are pre-owned & pre-loved, and some can be older than 10-20 years old. This means they will show signs of wear and use. Perhaps we're being romantic, but we believe this only adds to their character & makes them special for all their lived experiences.
